Property Owners with valid CRRA I.D. have access to all amenities but must pay the posted fees at each amenity, where applicable.

Guest Pass required for all Amenities
Guest pass card will be punched for each Amenity used that day. Please read Guest Pass Policy.
Additional Guest Pass Cards are $70.00 each

Property Owner’s children under fourteen years must be accompanied by an adult (eighteen years or older) with Valid I.D. at all times when using any CRRA Amenity.

Birthday and/or Pool Parties reservations (subject to space available):

Parties at the pools require a reservation fee of $15 for up to 15 people and $30 for 16-30 people.

  • Maximum of 30 people anytime / Registered under one Property Owner’s I.D.
  • We reserve the right to refuse groups over 8 without reservations.
  • Reservation must be made with Director of Amenities.
  • Reservation must be made and paid for 10 days in advance.
  • Maximum party length 2 hours.
  • Guest Pass Policy also applies.

Recreation Center maximum capacity – 75 people includes the pool area.

Teen Center maximum capacity – 75 people does not include pool area.

Tubing Fee
The CRRA has formed a business partnership with the General Store at Eagle’s Mountain who will be handling all of the tubing activities. You will find more information at http://www.coosawatteerivertubingco.com
