Our department prepares and mails thousands (one per property) of annual dues statements, which are sent out by April 1st. All dues must be collected by May 1st.

This could not be accomplished without our wonderful volunteers!

Imagine the hours it would take to stuff a 3 piece mailing into thousands of envelopes, then seal and stamp each one. Without our volunteers, our staff would have to increase exponentially.
