For the CRRA annual meeting, held on the 2nd Saturday each August, this department is responsible for all preparations, including acquiring and preparing the site.

Our new board members are named at the annual meeting. In order for that to occur, there must be a vote of eligible property owners. This requires a second huge mailing, even larger than the one issuing dues statements. Once again, our volunteers come through for Coosawattee, and we deeply appreciate their help.

Prior to the annual meeting, you will receive a vote/proxy postcard, along with all pertinent information about the time, location, etc., concerning the annual meeting.

There are two ways to vote in the annual election.

  1. Return the vote postcard; or
  2. Return the proxy postcard, designating the individual you are authorizing to vote for you.

Your vote/proxy postcard must be returned by the deadline (found on the postcard) in order for your vote to count. All postcards are pre-addressed and postage paid, and sent to an outside auditor for counting.
