Public Hearing for Metal Roofover Rules and Regulation Change and Board Meeting on Saturday, May 18, 2013 / Information on Board Candidates – - Other Upcoming Events:  Yard Sales and Pickin’ on the Porch at the General Store.

 

This Saturday (May 18, 2013) a Public Hearing will be held at 8:30 am to discuss a proposed change to the Rules and Regulations regarding  Metal Roofovers.

Board Update ~

The Recap of the March 16, 2013, Board Meeting can be found by Clicking HERE.

The CRRA 2013/2014 Budget was Approved and can be found by Clicking HERE.

By approving the Budget, the Board also Approved the CRRA 2013/2014 Annual Assessments of $653.00 per non-replatted / combined lot.  The Assessments will be due May 1st and will be assessed a late fee if not paid by June 1st.

The Annual Assessment Statements will be Mailed this weekend.  For a copy of the Treasurer’s Letter included in this Mailing, please Click HERE.

03/13/2013 – The Fireside Chat originally scheduled for today (03/06/2013) has been rescheduled for next Wednesday (03/13/2013) 11:30 am to 1:00 pm (in the Fireplace Room – lower level of the POA building near the Mailbox Location).
