The CRRA Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Saturday of each month. These meetings are held at the Water Tower Conference Center at 9:00 A.M. These are official business meetings for the board to conduct CRRA business but the board always has an open mic forum for the property owners to speak at the beginning of the meetings.

Betty Reece has decided to step down as the Treasurer of CRRA. As provided by Article V of the Bylaws, the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are elected by the Board of Directors. The President, Vice President and Secretary are elected from the board. However, the Bylaws do not require that the Treasurer be elected from the Board.
