POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER
Ensures efficient and effective operation of
the Coosawattee River Resort Association, Inc. by managing day-to-day
operations to achieve the established business objectives. The GM reviews the
budget and proposes cost benefit and revenue tradeoffs to the Board as
required. The GM leads the staff, manages operations and establishes
accountability programs. The GM position should help create and communicate the
vision for the community.
REPORTS TO: BOARD OF DIRECTORS

subdivision of approximately 700 individual lots,
Safety/ Compliance – Responsible for the operation of 4 manned and unmanned
gates, oversee compliance efforts and community patrols, and
